About me

I was always involved in sports throughout my childhood. I played it all: baseball, basketball, football, golf, track, swimming, wakeboarding, snowboarding. You name it, I wanted to play it. But, my real passion developed as I started high school and was preparing to play on the football team. I asked my parents for an at-home weightlifting set for Christmas and had signed up for the weightlifting class at school. My interest and dedication to exercising exploded from there and has not slowed down since!

That's where you can say my bodybuilding journey began; from an at-home weightlifting set and some weightlifting classes in high school. Fast forward 20 years and I am still dedicated to my fitness journey everyday. Now at 32 years old I recently decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. I competed at the 2024 NPC Victory Classic here in my home state of North Carolina, where I took first place in the Men's Bodybuilding Super Heavyweight class and first place in the Open Men's Bodybuilding Overall. As my goals in bodybuilding continue, I plan to compete soon at a national level NPC show in hopes to obtain my pro card and earn the status of an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Over the last twenty years of fully engaging myself in bodybuilding, training, nutrition, and supplementation, I have learned so much about myself and fitness through dedication, as well as trial and error. My aspirations in the fitness industry outside of being a competitive bodybuilder has always been to coach others, both competitors and lifestyle clients. I want to use my avenues of experience to help others meet their goals. My passion is seeing others succeed in their fitness endeavors, whether that's gaining muscle, losing weight, competing, or managing a hectic schedule to become the healthiest version of yourself- I know together we can find the plan that works for you!

Coaching

Client Expectations​

Effective communication is the most important aspect in any coach and clients relationship. Over time, as we learn more about each other, our communication will prosper. This growth will be one of the most important aspects in your coaching journey attributing to its success and sustainability long-term. 

I expect you to fully adhere to the details I have laid out in your plan. As a coach, I cannot account for you changing variables of the plan without my knowledge. This mistake will only leave us both working against each other and become detrimental to your results. With that being said- please do ask questions, address concerns, and give feedback on all aspects of your plan and as changes are made. This will help me to better understand you and your needs, as well as how you are responding to the plan.

Lastly, it is your personal responsibility to hold yourself accountable- send your check-in updates on your scheduled days, strictly adhere to your diet plan, do your cardio, bust your ass in the gym! Motivation is great and can carry you a long ways, but dedication and consistency will be your greatest attributes.

Coach Expectations

Again, effective communication is the most important aspect in our growing relationship. As your coach, I will not always tell you what you want to hear. I have your success in mind, so this means telling you the truth and applying what is necessary for your coaching journey. If you take your journey seriously, I can assure you that I will as well. Nothing will give me greater fulfillment as your coach than seeing you surpass all your goals with our team work!

Plans will include the following-

  • Complete nutrition plan for lifestyle, contest prep, and off-season, with updates made as necessary.

  • Complete supplement recommendations for lifestyle, contest prep, and off-season, focusing on health and performance.

  • Training recommendations based on volume and frequency. (Complete customized training program sold separately)

  • Weekly progress pictures check-in

  • Training analysis via video submittal

  • Blood work analysis

  • Unlimited WhatsApp access

Plans

Month-to-Month: $350

  • 30 day non-recurring payment

4-Month Commitment: $1200

  • Paid in full

6-Month Commitment: $1650

  • Paid in full

12-Month Commitment: $3000

  • Paid in full

Customized training program: $100

  • A complete training program can be purchased by the month or can be added in addition to any plan per month. This will include recommended exercises, volume, and frequency based on a rotation deemed fit.

30-Minute Consultation: $50

  • To address any questions, comments, or concerns you may have before starting your plan. Or, if you simply want to discuss anything coaching related. Consultation payment is deducted from your total payment if a plan is purchased.
